How to access
Code to open the gate: 3425# (on the numeric keypad as shown in the image).
Keys: for the apartment entrance door, for the safe, and for the wooden gate near the main entrance (as shown in the image).
AIR CONDITIONING:
To switch on the air-conditioning, please press the metal button downwards ( towards the EST label ) . The green light will come on, which indicates that the air-conditioning is working properly
In July and August : It’s included in the price
HEATING:
To switch on the heating, please press the metal button upwards ( towards the INV label ) The green light will come on, which indicates that the air-conditioning is working properly
In March , April , October and December: It’s included in the price
Swimming Pool
Outdoor heated pool from May to mid-October
(from a minimum of 27°C to a maximum of 30°C depending on the season and weather conditions)
USE OF THE ESPRESSO MACHINES (SINGLE-USE PODS):
- TURN ON THE BUTTON (or PRESS THE BUTTON TO TURN ON)
- POUR “MINERAL” WATER INTO THE TANK LOCATED AT THE BACK OF THE MACHINE.
- INSERT A NEW POD BEFORE USE AND ENSURE THE OLD ONE IS EJECTED.
- PAY ATTENTION TO THE SHAPE OF THE POD TO ENSURE IT’S INSERTED CORRECTLY INTO THE SLOT.
