Subject: Information on the processing of personal data of customers and suppliers
313 Group S.r.l., in its capacity as Data Controller, (hereinafter also “Company”) wishes to inform you that EU Regulation 679/2016 (hereinafter GDPR) governs the protection of personal data in the context of their processing activities.
The Company bases the processing of personal data on the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency and necessity, thereby protecting your rights.
To this end, and pursuant to Article 13 of the GDPR, we provide you with the following information:
Subject of processing
The processing we intend to carry out concerns your personal data, as defined by the Privacy Code and the GDPR, which we are or will become aware of by virtue of the legal relationships with you.
Purposes of Processing
The processing of your data has the following purposes:
- carrying out administrative and management activities, in compliance with the fulfillment of accounting, tax obligations, and any other obligation imposed by current legislation;
- fulfillment of contractual and pre-contractual obligations with you;
- safety and protection of natural persons and their assets;
- to fulfill your request for the presentation of the services offered by the Company;
- promotional/informational activities, only and exclusively with your specific consent, sending newsletters in relation to programs and promotions, including online, communications, development and maintenance of commercial relationships, economic and statistical analysis.
The provision of data for the purposes referred to in point 3, letters a) and b) is mandatory and the related processing, pursuant to current legislation, may be carried out without the consent of the data subject.
Failure to provide such data will make it impossible for us to fulfill and respect the commitments made towards you and arising from the existing contractual or pre-contractual relationship.
The provision of data for the purposes referred to in point 3, letter e) is optional and must be given in accordance with the methods expressly provided for by Article 7 of the GDPR.
Communications relating to promotional activities may take place using traditional methods (e.g., paper mail), automated and similar methods (e.g., e-mail, SMS, newsletters).
Processing methods
The data processing will be carried out pursuant to Art. 4 n. 2) of the GDPR, through the following operations: collection, registration, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction of data.
Your data will be processed both on paper and electronically and/or automatically.
Your data, starting from their receipt/update, will be stored for a period appropriate to the purposes of the processing reported in point 3 and in any case no more than 10 years from the termination of the relationship for the purposes referred to in letters a), b) and until the revocation of consent or until the exercise of the right to object for promotional purposes.
Communication and transfer of data
Your data, the subject of processing, will not be disseminated; instead, for the purposes referred to in point 3, they may be communicated to third parties, including commercial partners, consultants and freelancers, banks and credit institutions, insurance companies, financial, factoring, leasing, service, credit management and recovery companies, auditors, credit recovery companies, public bodies, auditing or supervisory bodies, to fulfill obligations arising from the law, regulations, EU legislation or for aspects concerning the management and execution of the legal relationship with you.

It is specified that in your capacity as interested parties, at any time you may request:

- b) their rectification in case of inaccuracy;
- c) the cancellation of your data;
- d) the limitation of processing;
- e) the right to object to the processing of your data where the conditions exist;
- d) the right to data portability, i.e. to receive the personal data provided in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
For anything not expressly provided for by the provisions referred to herein, please refer in full to the legislation in force on the subject of Privacy and specifically to articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 20 and 21 of the GDPR.
Withdrawal of consent
Your consent may be revoked at any time, without this, however, being able to:
- prejudice the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation;
- prejudice further processing of the same data based on other legal bases such as contractual or legal obligations.

SUBJECT: INFORMATION ON NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIPTION PURSUANT TO ARTS. 7 and 13 OF EU REGULATION NO. 2016/679 (GDPR)
The undersigned 313 Group S.r.l., with registered office in Brescia (BS), via Aldo Moro 13, as Data Controller, wishes to inform you that EU Regulation no. 2016/679 protects the processing of personal data.
According to the indicated legislation, this treatment will be based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and necessity, protecting your privacy and your rights.
Subject of the Treatment
The processing we intend to carry out concerns your personal data, as defined by the GDPR, which we are or will become aware of by virtue of registration to the free newsletter service.
Purposes of the Treatment
The identifying and informative personal data collected are used to fulfill the request to send the newsletter and related registration in the mailing list, which includes information messages and commercial and promotional communications relating to the activity carried out by the Owner.
The treatment will be carried out on the basis of the consent freely given by you.
The provision of data is optional.
Refusal to provide data results in the inability to obtain the newsletter service and/or to receive commercial information.
Treatment Methods
The collected data will be processed with IT tools and in any case through tools and procedures suitable to guarantee maximum security and confidentiality.
Data Retention
We inform you that your data will be stored, starting from their receipt/update, for a period of time appropriate to the purposes reported in point 2 and in any case no later than the exercise of the right of opposition/limitation of processing. - d) the limitation to the treatment;
- e) opposition to treatment;
- f) the right to data portability, i.e. to receive the personal data provided in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to obtain their transfer to another Data Controller without impediments. In case of violation of these provisions, the interested party has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent Control Authority.
Withdrawal of consent
The consent given may be revoked at any time, without this being able to prejudice the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation and the further processing of the same data based on legal bases other than the consent itself, such as the fulfillment of contractual and legal obligations.
